THE COMPANY WAS FOUNDED ON JANUARY 1, 2005. IN KANSAS CITY MISSOURI BECAUSE OF THE LIMITED
PLACES YOU COULD WORK AS AN A&P. SO I DECIDED TO START UP A SHOP THAT THE AIRCRAFT OWNERS
AND THE A&P COULD WORK TOGETHER AND SOLVE ANY PROBLEM WITH AN AIRCRAFT. AS THE CLIENT BASE
GROWS AND THE REPUTATION OF THE LEVEL AND HONESTY OF WORK PREFORMED, THE PILOT AND
AIRCRAFT OWNERS WILL BE CONFIDENT IN THEIR AIRCRAFT KNOWING THAT THEY WILL ALWAYS RECEIVE
PROFESSIONAL WORK AT THIS FACILITY. IN ORDER TO SUPPLY THE BEST MAINTENANCE TO YOU, WE HAVE
DEVELOPED A QUESTIONNAIRE TO INFORM US OF HOW THE AIRCRAFT IS OPERATING AT THIS TIME, SO AT
THE ANNUAL WE CAN ADDRESS ANY AND ALL OPERATIONAL PROBLEMS SO THAT WE CAN MAINTAIN THE
AIRWORTHINESS STANDARDS OF YOUR AIRCRAFT TO FAR PART 23 AND THE TCDS / STC's FOR THAT
AIRCRAFT, ALONG WITH ANY AD's THAT APPLY AT THAT TIME. INCLUDING ANY POTENTIAL PROBLEMS THAT
MAY OCCUR. HOPEFULLY PREVENTING ANY UNFORESEEN COSTLY MAJOR REPAIRS.

ANY INPUT THAT THEY GIVE IS VERY IMPORTANT. ANY MECHANIC KNOWS THAT ONE SYMPTOM CAN BE ANY
NUMBER OF THINGS SO THE MORE INFORMATION ON THE AIRCRAFT AND WHAT IS HAPPENING WILL HELP TO
NARROW IT DOWN. THIS INFORMATION IS ONLY AVAILABLE BY THE PILOT. AS AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE WE
ALSO CHECK TO SEE IF ANY NEW AD's HAVE BEEN ISSUED SINCE THE LAST ANNUAL / 100 HOUR INSPECTION,
AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU. NO WORK WILL BE DONE WITHOUT THE OWNERS WRITTEN PERMISSION!!!
AS YOU MAY HAVE HEARD, THE AIRCRAFT MANUFACTURERS AND MOST OF THE BIG REPAIR SHOPS ARE
NOT GOING TO PREFORM MAINTENANCE ON AIRCRAFT THAT IS 18 YEARS OLD. THAT LEAVES A LOT OF
AIRCRAFT OWNERS/ PILOTS WITH NO WAY TO HAVE THEIR AIRCRAFT WORKED ON, SO I DECIDED THAT I
WOULD WORK ON OLDER AIRCRAFT BECAUSE I BELIEVE THAT THERE SAFER BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN
GONE THROUGH BY SEVERAL MECHANICS AND ALL THE BUGS HAVE BEEN WORKED OUT. I DON'T KNOW
WHY THIS IS HAPPENING BUT MOST OWNER / PILOT I KNOW CANNOT AFFORD 100,000 -200,000 DOLLARS

I GRADUATED HIGH SCHOOL IN 1980, JOINED THE MARINE CORPS, I ATTENDED SCHOOL FOR AIRFRAMES IN
MILLINGTON TN. THEN WENT TO NEW RIVER AIR STATION IN JACKSONVILLE NC. WHERE I LEARNED ABOUT THE
BOEING CH-46 SEA KNIGHT (THE FROG), THEN I WENT ON A CRUISE, WHERE I LEARNED ABOUT THE UH1N HUEY
HOG (THE TADPOLE), AND THE SIKORSKY CH-53 D, SEA STALLION (JOLLY GREEN GIANT), AND THE AH1J SUPER
COBRA, (THE SNAKE). IN 1983 MY SECOND CRUISE WAS TO BEIRUT LEBANON, WE HAD THE USUAL
HELICOPTERS, EXCEPT THAT IT WAS THE FIRST DEPLOYMENT OF THE SIKORSKY CH-53 E SUPER SEA
STALLION, AN AMAZING HELICOPTER. THEN I ATTENDED MAPLE WOODS AND RECEIVED MY AIRFRAME AND
POWER PLANT CERTIFICATES, THEN I ATTENDED LONGVIEW COLLEGE AND RECEIVED MY ASSOCIATES
DEGREE. THREE YEARS LATER I GOT MY INSPECTION AUTHORIZATION, I HAVE WORKED ON MANY AIRCRAFT
FROM ERCOUPES TO TROUBLESHOOTING A KING AIR B200, AND LOTS OF AIRCRAFT IN BETWEEN SINCE
RECEIVING MY CERTIFICATIONS.
